REFUND POLICY

All fees are non-refundable unless the course has been cancelled by the American Red Cross. You may re-schedule your participation in a course by contacting the American Red Cross of Northwest New Jersey at least 24 hours prior.

The American Red Cross of Northwest New Jersey reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than 6 people enrolled, or if their has been a mobilized response to a disaster.

ARRIVAL TIME

All courses begin promptly as listed. No participants will be admitted after a ten-minute grace period from the start time of the course.

ATTENDANCE

Courses with more than one date require attendance on all dates listed.  A participant who does not attend all sessions is not eligible to receive certification and forfeits any fees.
